Because Qwik Eat works inside WhatsApp, the information you share in chat is often the same information we need to fulfill your order.

  • Order information such as meals selected, restaurant or vendor chosen, timestamps, delivery notes, and order history.
  • Delivery information such as your address, location details you share, and recipient contact details.
  • Payment-related references from processors or banking partners, but not full card details stored by us.
